Laminated Glass

Laminated glass is compound glass product, composed of two or more pieces of glass with one or more organic polymer interlayers, through special high temperature and high pressure process that bounds the glass and the interlayer together forever. The interlayers typically are PVB, SGP, EVA and so on. Though normal laminated glass doesn’t strengthen the mechanical strength, it still becomes the safest glass publicly because of its characteristics.



It is widely used in building doors and windows, curtain walls, skylights, suspended ceilings, overhead ground, large-area glass walls, indoor glazed partitions, glass furniture, shopwindows, counters, aquariums and so forth.

Product features

Security: When impacted to fractures by external power, PVB film can absorb massive impact and weaken the force rapidly, which makes the glass difficult to break through. Even the glass shattered, the debris won’t splash off, but still keep on the frame completely.

Sound insulation: PVB film has a strong resistance against sound wave. Sound wave will be weakened obviously when through the glass, meanwhile the noise weakened as well.

Bulletproof and anti-explosion: Multilayer laminated glass can be used for various high-intensive bulletproof and anti-explosion glass that applies for the fields of resisting bullets, bombs and violence.

Hurricane-resistance and quake-proof: PVB film between the laminated glass has high toughness and strong cohesive force. The debris will retain in situ if the glass shatters thus it is more appropriate for hurricane and quake area.

Ultraviolet-proof: The glass has a function of cutting off the Ultraviolet. The isolation rate reaches to 99% above, which can prevent indoor furniture and decorations and so on effectively from the Uv rays and fading or aging.

Sunshading: To reduce the transmission of solar thermal power effectively and the energy consumption of refrigeration.

Color diversity: According to customer requirements, produce all kinds of productions, and meet the design requirements.
